1) Initial Consultation
When working with new wedding couples, I always begin with a complimentary consultation at my Hampshire studio (GU11 3ER). Together, we’ll explore every aspect of your day – from seasonal flowers, colours and textures to bouquet styles, table designs and overall aesthetic – so I can create a bespoke floral proposal that feels uniquely yours.
You don’t need to know flower names or technical terms; bring your ideas, Pinterest boards, fabric swatches or anything that inspires you, and I’ll guide you through the rest. Your partner, friends or family are very welcome too (I recommend no more than three people, including you), and little ones are always welcome. Please also note that my friendly miniature assistant, Maple the sausage dog, may be present during our consultation.
Once we’ve finished our consultation, I’ll bring everything together into a curated mood board and detailed quotation to help you clearly visualise your wedding flowers and overall look for the day.
You’ll have time to review everything and make sure each design feels right for you. If you’d like to tweak or refine anything, I’m always happy to adjust – it’s your day, and it should reflect your vision. We may visit the venue together or meet again to finalise details, and I’ll be with you throughout the process to ensure your ideas become a reality.

3) Delivery & Wedding Day Set Up
On the day of your wedding, the Monet’s Floristry team will personally deliver and professionally install all of your flowers. We’ll ensure bouquets, buttonholes and personal flowers reach the right people, and that every arrangement – from table centrepieces to statement designs – is styled perfectly in place at your venue.
We won’t leave until every flower is exactly where it should be, and we’ll return the following day to collect any hired items such as vases, frames and pedestals. At Monet’s Floristry, we take pride in delivering beautifully executed florals and a seamless, stress-free service for your special day.
