When working with new corporate clients, I begin with a complimentary consultation either virtually, at my Hampshire studio or at your venue/premise. We’ll discuss the purpose and style of your event, exploring seasonal flowers, colours, textures and design options to create a bespoke floral scheme that aligns with your brand and the atmosphere you want to achieve.
There’s no need to know specific flower names or technical terms—simply bring any ideas, mood boards, brand guidelines or visual references that inspire you, and I’ll guide you through the creative process. You’re welcome to bring colleagues or team members (up to three people is ideal).
Once our consultation is complete, I’ll pull together a curated mood board and detailed quotation to help you clearly visualise the floral designs and overall aesthetic for your corporate event.
You’ll have time to review everything and ensure the concepts align with your brand and event objectives. If you’d like to refine or adjust any elements, I’m always happy to collaborate further. We may also arrange a venue visit or additional meeting to finalise details. Throughout the process, I’ll work closely with you to ensure the final result reflects your vision and delivers the impact you’re looking for.

3) Delivery & Event Set Up
On the day of your corporate event, the Monet’s Floristry team will personally deliver and professionally install all floral arrangements, ensuring every design is styled precisely in place—whether it’s reception pieces, table arrangements, stage florals or large-scale installations.
We’ll make sure everything is positioned exactly as planned and won’t leave until every detail is perfect. After the event, we will return to collect any hired items such as vases, frames or pedestals.
